Trying to diagnose my 96 C4 properly, i have my FSM and its asking for a scanner thats more advanced then i have personally. Any reccomendations?

    There are options below $100 that might work. If you want to work on multiple vehicles, the next step up is in the $400 range. Pine Hollow Diagnostics on Youtube has a video comparing various models.
