I suspect a bad ground.
I would buy from a local store. Most auto parts stores will install the battery for you. $200 is the norm where I live. The nearest COSTCO is too far away to consider.
It could be the wiper arm. It could be the linkage. No way to know without disassembly.
Underbody rust would be the deciding factor for me.
There should be a diagram in the owners manual that shows the procedure and what a good level is. As a general rule, you check the oil level on a cold engine on a level surface:
Possibly the battery. You should have it tested to be sure.
Automotive starters are not normally repairable in the field. It is much more common today to replace them.
I would get a second opinion. That seems really high.
There is a lot more to misfire than swapping plugs. The root cause is something else. Find another shop.
In my opinion you are fine.
Top it off with a 50/50 mix of coolant and distilled water.
I am one of those people that changes synthetic oil and filter every 10,000 miles. All of my vehicles have gone at least 15 years and 165,000 miles with extended drain intervals. Old habits like to 3,000 and 5,000 mile changes are hard to break. That said, many here will say oil is cheap. True. My time is a factor as well. You know better than anyone else how the car is driven.
You did not get a rebuild. You got a repair. The solenoids were not cleaned and the bands were not adjusted. I will bet the clutch packs were not inspected either.
I would go for it.
There is no way to know without the code.

Before you replace the oil pump, drop the oil pan and check the sump for a clog.
The battery should be charged and tested.
Start check wires under the hood. Something appears to be loose. Look underneath and see if something got damaged.
Not true.
