At the moment i have a 13700f and it looks like i have a cpu bottleneck with my current gpu (a 4090) and im not sure what would be the best option for upgrading since im also a bit flat on money now since i got my new gpu
Also im not sure if the prices here in my country are high but the 13900k is about 700 USD and the 14900k is about 800usd and the 14700k is about 500usd.
13900k for sure , 14900 is a disaster Gen , The same architecture and more expensive , Also the 14700k on the power efficiency consumes the almost the same like the 13900k or 14900k and with worse performance , So would recommand you to take the 13900k

From a 13700F, the 14700K is 9% faster single-thread and 31% faster multi-thread (it literally has more cores)
The 14900K is 12% faster single-thread and 50%!!! faster multi-thread compared to 13700F
