Yes. Mine has one. 997.1. Lots of people go through the process of taking them out as they believe GT cars shouldn’t have them (I don’t disagree). Porches did away with them in the 997.2.
Only the 997.1 GT3 and only in North America. All 997.1 Carreras had sunroofs in North America, there was no option to take it off. DOT crash tested those 997.1s with sunroofs. Porsche tried bringing the 997.1 GT3 without the sunroof but the DOT asked for a couple of cars to crash test since they never tested the chassis without the sunroof. Porsche said no. GT3s don’t grow on trees I guess. So the North American 997.1 GT3s have sunroofs.
Is it a GT3 or aerokitted Carrera.

I think all the North American market 997.1 gt3 had a sunroof as standard.
