Hi everyone I live in NYC, thinking to get myself a CAR next year, I’m really in love with Toyota crown, how expensive will it be compare to Camry? (Maintenance, repair etc…not the price itself) or should I get Camry first then switch to crown when I get better driving skills?

Maintenance will be about the same, if not less, since the Crown is a hybrid.

IMO, your first car should be some beater to get acquainted with driving scenarios you encounter. So would feel less bad if you get into a wreck from doing something dumb because lack of experience.

10000 miles on Our supersonic red crown. We’ve had 2 ravs over the years, I’ll describe it like this: 2 good plough horses, then we traded up to a thoroughbred. Quick, quite, toyotas best systems, not a problem to date… I’m kinda pissed it’s the wife’s car. I like the hybrid, I plan on replacing my 2012 Taco with the 2024 hybrid, same motor system

How old are you and are you paying cash for the Crown? If not, just get used beater for the first 3 years as you learn to drive OP.
