Ive got a 2022 Ram Rebel. Just rotating tires on it and noticed this. Park brake applied. With the front end off the ground i can spin the front tires. There are no brakes applied on the front while in Park with Park Brake on. Is this normal? Rear end I cant spin them. When in park theres no brakes applied on the front end? I called dealer service advisor he said thats normal, but seems wrong to me.

That is normal.
Parking brake always engages the rear brakes. Very, and I mean very rare do the parking brakes engage the fronts.
Yep, your parking brake is in the rear.
