No Tesla owner is going to just park on Supercharger spot just to be an asshole, when they could park anywhere else in the lot. Superchargers are almost always placed in undesirable parking locations in the lots they’re in, specifically to avoid this.
I once had a Tesla charging at the last remaining non Tesla charger and I was waiting to get a spot.
There was a Tesla supercharger with plenty of available spots, but I guess the extra 100 meters were just too much.

Yeah supercharger is at Autobahn with lot of space. Talking about downtown and other space with not enough parking space.
