Savagegeese drive the 992 Carrera T and debate whether it is exciting enough to justify the insane price tag. IMO it seems like a fantastic car but at $140-160k specced out it is robbery.

I feel this one is a huge miss from Savagegeese and they really didn’t talk about the differences in the 911 lineup enough and give enough context to what the product placement is for the Carrera T version. Their format is also getting clinical for me - every review is mostly the same same and there’s a lack of excitement that I don’t feel they have a lot of passion for cars anymore much like many other reviewers.
Nick Murray’s shorter review from a few months back explains the 911 Carrera T so much better…

If I had the money for a 4th car, it would be a Carrera T OR if I only had enough money for 1 car…It would be the Carrera T and a winter beater.
I think there is a lot of overlap between the Carrera T and the 718 GTS.
For the GTS/T models you have to be careful not to overload with too many options.
I do like having a convertible, but I would gladly trade my Boxster GTS 4.0 for a Carrera T.
If you spec a Carrera T with 20+k in options or PDK you’ve ruined what makes the car good.
It’s funny, because he loved the Boxster GTS 4.0
