It has certainly been influenced by Government in recent years and had many Trust board and executives from Tory ranks.
BBC is run by the gov, which is owned by the billionaires, so I don’t think they deserve the exemption…

True, but as you say, that’s merely a technicality at this point, so it’s still all run by and for the same people, and it isn’t us…
