I went by a Tritium veefil 50kW charger last night that wasn’t hooked up to any apps but just had a credit card reader on the front of the unit. The credit card reader just said please insert card, but the screen on the charger is very basic and has no pricing details. Plugshare lists a price of 50 cents a minute, but I don’t see a way to verify that at the actual chargers. This is the charger I’m talking about https://smartchargeamerica.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/tritium-veefil-rt-50-electric-car-charging-station-EVSE-2.jpg

The little credit card reader on the one I used said 25 cents per minute. I think it just changes between the price and saying to insert the card.

I manage my apartment building in Los Angeles. I was super happy to get a tritium 50kw charger installed this August. It’s currently late November and after 4 tech visits they still haven’t got it working. They also come with a chademo and CCS plug with no current option of NACS. They’ve had press releases saying retrofitting will be an option, but no timeline on that.

I can’t recommend them. Disappointing experience all around.
