Hello! A few weeks ago, I purchased a 2015 C7 Stingray Z51 LT3 Corvette, it has an automatic 8-speed transmission. It currently has around 55,000 miles on it, everything was going well with the car until yesterday when I decided to push it to its limits by flooring the gas pedal multiple times during the day.

I also attempted to do a small burnout while in Track Mode. I have a video of this moment which you can view here. However, after I drove away, I noticed an unusual popping noise coming from the exhaust, I thought it was normal because I pushed the car too hard that day, and I assumed it would resolve itself by the next day.

However, when I started the engine this morning, I realized that the noise was still there. In fact, it became more noticeable when I put the car into drive, and even more so when I revved the engine.

Here’s the popping noise video
What could be causing this? is it normal? should I check the car up?

IDK if it matters, but I want to note that I replaced the Spark Plugs, The intake manifold gasket, and also the Fuel Injector, about 2 days ago.

Slight exhaust backfire. When you let off the throttle un used fuel will make it into the exhaust and sometimes combust a bit causing the pop
