Which is just a big fuck-you to people like my mom who purchased the first wave of ID4s. Like how did no one during testing drive the car at night and notice, hey you literally cant see the temp slider AT ALL

Considering how cheap the ID.4 looked at nearly $50k, I can’t imagine how cheap this is going to be. Tesla’s Model 2 seems like a better bet. I’m not a big Tesla fan, just soured after test-driving the ID.4 and being REALLY underwhelmed at $50k. Felt like a $30k car.

Just a reminder they also claimed the ID3 will be 30,000 eur. It starts at 42,000 eur for a bare bones ID3

I would not trust a single thing VW claims.

I hate to be negative but I am waiting to see if all these amazing affordable ev models actually come out and what the price is when they do.

It would be a damn pleasant surprise to see them actually come out and at the prices they say early on.

VW (brand)doesn’t make a 20k euro gas car today. How could they possibly think they could do an EV five years from now

Tesla likes to announce products years in advance and then miss the deadline by years.
