These are bent and rubbing. Do not drive this you’ll only cause yourself to pay even more money. Get it towed and fixed it’ll be cheaper doing it sooner than later
It’s over-extended. It’s also rubbing on the wheel. Do not drive it.
No not safe to drive, at least any distance. The shock is bent and rubbing the tire, there could be other damage- get it inspected.
