I purchased a set of aftermarket rims off of Marketplace for my winter tires on my car. The tires&rims fit perfectly on the car but Im having trouble finding lug nuts that fit in the rims.
The rims are Focal F20’s. Its an 18x8 rim. Im using the 5x114.3 lug nut pattern on the rim. Wheel studs on the car (2023 Tesla Model 3) are a M14x1.5. I do understand this is typically a light SUV rim and stud size but thats just what the car takes.

My issue isn’t finding M14x1.5 lug nuts. Its that I’m finding that the majority of them have a bulge which makes them too big to fit in the lug holes on the rim.
I purchased these Dorman 711-635H https://www.dormanproducts.com/p-101803-711-635h.aspx
In which I found that the regular lug nuts fit correctly, but the lock lug nuts do not fit. Also, the lugs are too short anyway and even a thin wall socket won’t fit in the lug nut hole.
Can someone please push me in the right direction? A lot of them on Amazon seem like they are a bit too fat (the bulge) or they seem like they are low quality. I just dont want something that will strip and/or rust.
Thanks!!
Are you sure the centerbore is large enough for the hub? If those dorman lug nuts(or rather the lugs themselves) are too short, the wheels may be hung up on the hub(and entirely inappropriate for the vehicle without spacers or other hub adapters.
Make sure the holes in the wheel match the type of lug nut you are getting. It sounds like you are looking at conical seat nuts(which are probably correct), I can’t make out the seats in the wheel with the pictures supplied.
