I did some mods to my camaro zl1 1LE and now my check engine light is on… I took it to a shop to get a new intake , e85, cooler spark plugs, flex fuel kit , and got a corsa extreme exhaust installed and a tune. The owner said it’s normal for it to come on but i took it to another shop and they ran a test and said it was tune right as the tune would of cleared the light , it came up w co2 sensors problems. I’m a little confused on how to fix it as some ppl say it affects the performance but others say is normal. do i need a better tune or what should i do

It depends on what the codes are. “O2 sensor problems” is quite vague. It could be a tune issue, or there might be a problem with a part/installation.
Put it 100% back to stock and see if it comes back. If it does it will be way easier to diagnose and if it doesn’t come back it’s something that has been done to it.
