      They aren’t all bad. I work at one so I’m bias, but I deal with them more on a daily basis as well. Transparency and customer service are key, and a relationship with a good advisor will go a long way. Many dealerships are adopting a video/picture system to show and explain the repairs to customers before the job line is approved. I’ll join in and say screw anyone at any business taking advantage of anyone, let’s all just keep it above board.
