Pro tip when u hear the grinding sound when you brake that’s the brake pad telling you to switch your pads they’re built to warn u bro don’t need to check
need to see all 4 to know, also very uneven. Hope you replaced the hardware and lubed the slides

Same thing on mine I changed pads first time at 275,000 miles pads still good but calipers needed replacing because car is 2014 10years on original pads, btw rears are still original at 300,000 miles
