I am looking for an iPhone application that tracks weather and sends me notification when weather drops to a certain degree or rise to a certain degree. Let s I am in city X, and if weather drops to 7 Celsius, I want a notification. Can be great if includes Rainy situations too. What is available there that meet this need?

Yeah, but works only for those in the US, as there is no way to enter international phone numbers

Does it need to be an iPhone app? Is simply getting an alert via SMS good enough? If so, you could rig something with a raspberry pi.

I’d imagine there are weather apps that can do this.
