    Ironically Paqueta would be the perfect LCM. Financially feasible? Doubtful unless KSE want to trigger his release clause but that profile is the one.

        Arteta wouldn’t. We took Xhaka, who used to be that and turned dropped his touches, then signed Havertz specifically because he isn’t that.

        The LB will always be the tempo setter on that side. The only exception I can see to that is if we bring back Partey at RB so that Dec can slide across when he’s playing the 6, but that still requires the LCM to not be a high volume guy.

      It’s not really viable for us to pick up anyone unless their deal is close to ending like Rice, or that club is trying to offload a tonne of people, like how we got Havertz from Chelsea. If Arsenal went for Paqueta, West Ham would probably reply ‘150 million thanks’.
