      Actually, that’s the entire point of intermittent fasting… So long as you have about a 16- to 18-hour gap, your body can begin autophagy and ketosis, transferring from carbohydrates to fats as a fuel source. So, last meal at 1700, breakfast at 1100, and yes it will help burn fat (you will still need a calorie deficit, but a long gap between eating helps use fat stores faster by transferring almost all energy production to fat burning).

        Honestly its been great. Ive already lost 40 pounds since starting. Its crazy what cutting out snacking after dinner can do. And you know, not eating chicken wings every week.
