I ended up not having enough of the right white to fill in the snow so its going to just be the fabric as the pattern intended.
I did however have enough for the animals to have white stitches instead of just the fabric.
I’ve started doing the backstitch so well see how long that ends up taking.

I think I’m doing it properly. It’s the first time I’ve really done it. I don’t really like how the back stitch on the V turned out so I might go back and give that a try again later.
