Those fucking idiots at HR don’t want to pay higher salary, so we get people with mediocre talents, and the odd amazing person who will soon grow dissatisfied once they realise what they are actually worth, and how much they’re getting shafted.
The whole model is built on deceiving good people long enough to use them. Because in their head, people are all interchangeable. They absolutely do not understand the benefits of continuity, and the impact of turnover.
