Charts aren’t publicity visible, and never have been as long as I’ve been alive. That’s mostly an invention of television, these days they’re entirely electronic.
Yes, it’s a HIPAA violation, but it’s possible this is outside the US.
That of course assumes that a greentext is even remotely true, but it’s obviously both fake and gay. (Not that there’s anything wrong with that)
Hadn’t thought of that! I haven’t seen a paper chart and clipboard on a door since forever. Pretty sure that was the thing when I popped a lung in the mid-90s, but certainly not 10-years ago during my last stay.
