    The law is nothing if not semantics. Technically the sentence handed down was death, not lethal injection. If the sentence was lethal injection then they couldnt have given her a second one in the first place. Lethal injection is just the last remaining legal means to hand down the sentence in most states

    If shes alive, then shes obviously not dead. So she hasn’t completed the terms of the sentence.

    That said, they definitely shouldn’t be killing her in the first place

      Yeah, it’s like, isn’t there some shit in the 8th amendment about cruel and unusual punishments? I’d consider deathedging someone multiple times pretty cruel
