If you don’t get your money within 30 days, settle in small claims court and let your CC/bank know.
Two things will happen:
Samsung will be forced to respond legally, and apologize/cut you a check.
Samsung does not respond, and the law will force them to cut you a check.
Big companies have a legal team that find it real easy to just pay people off & settle, especially when their lawyers cost thousands of dollars an hour compared to whatever you are owed.
I already made a chargeback request. They’re still “looking into it”.
