Why are there no Islamic countries helping them?
There are. Egypt, Jordan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc.
Most of their neighbors, except (parts of) Yemen, Lebanon, and (all of) Iran work with/for U.S/Israel.
Israel has corrupted governments across the region an the U.S strong arms them or puppeteers them.
