Oh for FUCKS SAKE. Even after defeating a objectively bad progressive, this moderate dumbass cannot help but keep on snatching defeat from the jaws of victory by ignoring the people who will vote him in.

Bernie didn’t endorse her the same reason he didn’t endorse Angie Nixon - they were both candidates in states where he didn’t feel hopeful for a win and he didn’t want to risk being blamed had they lost.

Part of the reason Nixon won was due to her finding a coalition between white liberals and black voters.

Hong barely lost, or in other words, she could have just as well won. Abdul could just have easily lost, but he benefited from having Bernie’s endorsement and being the first to have Hasan rally with him. There was way more media attention on his campaign than there was on Hong’s. By that time, the media had developed their playbook: dig up pointless social media posts; point out the most “radical” policies from the DSA platform; condemn the candidate for associating with Hasan Piker.

You clearly didn’t follow the campaign that closely if you’re just finding out now that her opponent supported data centers.

I doubt her post history had as much as the media claims it did, and if you are among those people that believe it did, you are just as gullible to the bullshit the media spins.
