      You can usually claw out some information during discovery even if you lose.

      Unless corruption is on the level of russia and such, in which case you, your lawyers and relatives are probably in prison at this point.

        If information is the goal I suppose that’d be a win.

        Though palantir won’t be stopped, or the rest of big tech, in their corruption so, eh…
