This is so over the top. Has anybody considered that it could be an act to distract from something even more sinister?

What’s more sinister than being a fascist in the middle of the takeover of a country?

It’s not even a country. The US has individual states larger than most european countries. This is domination of a small continent, with the largest army, with guns pointing at everyone

As a citizen who did not vote for this I’m very scared. What you say is true and I’m at the lowest level of poverty and I have a mental disability. I know I’m very early on in the chopping block and I have no clue what to do or how to escape this hell.

        I would like to know.

As a guess it could be the risk of AI if people don’t control it as society, a new nuclear strategy that accepts nuclear winter, the final stage of capitalism that takes away everything, the introduction of a surveillance state, or on a positive note, a distraction from the opportunities that people have. But none convinces me.

AI doesn’t exist and will not exist possibly ever, but everything else (and much much more) is basically a result of some fascist taking over a big country with a bunch of resources.

If he were smarter, maybe. We already know he has wet dreams about being a dictator, this is just him living his fantasy.

Biden could be president while losing his smarts. Is Trump calling the shots?

That’s why this is scary. The dems managed to hide bidens decline until he spoke at length. We know trumps brain is soup and we know he’s the one calling the shots because the results of his melted brain actually become reality, and other republicans have to scramble to explain why his latest unhinged executive order is actually the greatest thing ever and totally not unconstitutional at all.

      Yes. And yes it is.
The key difference between this Trump presidency and the last, is that the people backing him this time have weaponized his stupidity. They are definitely doing some really nefarious shit while he runs around playing dictator. They started by getting rid of every watchdog group within the government, and then eviscerated every department that had access to massive amounts of money. So, just like the $12billion dollars in actual cash that mysteriously disappeared during GWs presidency, we are going to find the literal trillions of dollars that were in the coffers of those governmental departments somehow magically gone without a trace.

It is going to take decades for people to even get a basic understanding of all the nefarious shit it’s going down right now.
