Protecting the pedophiles who pay you for your services (or as he would call or “reputation rehabilitation,”) while pointing your finger at the ones who didn’t pay, shouldn’t make you a “trusted source.”

He’s got about as much credibility as anyone else who’s name is in that file, and it’s ridiculous the media is giving him airtime (and likely paying him for his “information.”)
