The president has immunity. He can grant impunity to his aides by promising them pardons. He knows the courts could never enforce their decisions since the Department of Justice will do his bidding, whatever it may be—and he’s acting like it.

    Even for a justice on that court that might be all-in for donvict, that was such a fucking stupid move on their part. Utterly brainless.
