This is Kirk and Riker slander.
Kirk doesn’t deserve that kind of reputation, whereas Riker does.
I grew up with TNG and only saw TOS retroactively, hearing all the tropes about Kirk and his exploits. But you know what? Kirk didn’t get half as much ass as Riker. Kirk was just seen on camera a bit more often with his stuff. Riker’s is all implied and from dialogue about his personal life.
I feel like TOS was a LOT more subtle about it. So many scenes where you’ve got Kirk holding a lady, fade to black, fade to a sunrise or some shit.

No I most certainly cannot. If I had that jawline I’d be doing the same thing. I saw V’oq and all I saw was a long night. Then he killed my husband so that’s a whole other thing.
The Tylered V’oq vs. Hippie V’oq fight should have gotten a deeper spin. The whole V’oq arc was left behind and not concluded in a satisfactory way.
I somehow liked the Disco Klingons, but the hate they got made them disappear from the show almost instantly. Q’rell was taken along, but the whole Klingon war was handled offscreen.
3 cm isn’t even 1¼" - that’s not thick at all for any textbook.
It’s not a textbook. It’s a handbook on personal relationships. The fact that an inch of information can fit into that is absurd. That should be a couple pages, maybe 5, at the most.
Maybe it’s all just visual aids on what body part goes where?
