      The ICJ is not a criminal court. Its job is to adjudicate complaints between nations, in this case a lawsuit between South Africa and Israel.

      The ICJ does not arrest or try individuals at all, for war crimes or anything else.

            I would just copy and paste the relevant section but I find it funnier that you insist you read it while missing the very blatant proof that you didn’t oh great and knowledgeable knower of law and war crimes.
