Not half of everyone voted. I think we’d be better off if they did, but I can’t blame them too much for sitting out when the other side still supports a genocide.
Voter turnout was low in 2024 compared to 2020. I made a conjecture as to why that’d be the case when the stakes were so damn high. But fuck me for trying to point that out.
Unfortunately about half of us* are quite happy about how it’s going.
Edit: *who can vote and care enough to do so at all.
22%ish actually. The actual percentage of US population that voted for this. (And maybe a few percent more for those that didn’t vote.)
Eligible voters who didn’t vote don’t matter.
More like 30% when you factor in voting age, but still.

Oh fuck off.
Regardless what Biden did or didn’t do to help Israel, Trump has long shown that he is happy to go much further in his sucking up to his buddy Bibi.
The 2 are vastly different in the level of harms they’ll allow to happen to the Palestinians.
Failing to vote for the “lesser evil” is allowing the much greater evil to do whatever he wants.
You don’t need to convince me that Trump is much worse.
Then what exactly is your last comment supposed to mean?

Well the people who didn’t vote aren’t bothered so that is even worse lol.
