    That’s just means they are moving in a direction of not being officially neutral, just like Sweden has done. There was like 20-30 years of adopting NATO standards and practicing with NATO before they actually “pulled the trigger” and stopped pretending being neutral.

    not gonna be neutral much longer, does not maje sence especially how far away it’s from russia. It’s bit different if you live next to russia then the russian influence on politics is real but landlocked country next to democratic countries should not worry about that as much.
