If you’re a leftist in the US and you want to really scare the shit out of conservatives, get a gun and learn how to use it.

If they ever manage to take away our voting rights, they’re not gonna give them back just cause we asked nicely.

Just let them gain power for a short time and people will see their true face and not vote for them again. Worked in Germany. The NSDAP never got a majority of votes.

And allow them to get their message out on every possible platform all the time. This will not normalize hate speech and recruit members at all but will make people will see they are evil and ignore at them until they evaporate.

Did you know that the leader of the NSDAP took his life once he realized that he has failed? While this is a sad fate of an individual, it tells alot about how people can be chastened not by silencing them but quite the opposite way.

Doesn’t work. I have several. And I have a concealed carry. A conservative knowing these things has never been scared. They use it as an excuse to pull out theirs because they think like children and have to show and tell. Even if it’s in a public place, like the damn corner of a courthouse. Which is not the kind of place a responsible adult should ever reveal a weapon.

You’re a fucking coward and would run as soon as you heard a gunshot, just like every gun-owning coward in the US 😂

Running is a very good strategy. In non-stand your ground states if you have the opportunity to run you have a legal obligation to. It means you aren’t in immediate danger. In a stand your ground state you have the option to run. But if the person shooting isn’t visible then sneaking around with a gun trying to find them is how a good-guy with a gun ends up dead like John Hurley.

Part of being a responsible gun owner is knowing when to run.

john hurley took the mass shooter’s gun and was killed by the cops, him sneaking around was the part that lead to him killing the shooter

very occasionally, acting heroically is worth dying for. but one major rule to surviving is to believe that the cops will act as bad as they possibly can

Are you a pirate that is just always prepared to celebrate your wife’s death with a tasty noodle or rice dish?

Also, learn how to fly drones if you can, if (when?) things go shit-fan-hitting globally, that seems like a really useful skill to have in your group, considering how the face of warfare looks at the moment.

With a quick reminder: If you in any way can, don’t do this solo, connect with others, don’t get arrogant about it, either. The fascist preppers have a huge weakness in their narcissistic individualist “I am better than the sheep” prepping style. Being able to actually support and organise a community in the potentially coming chaos is important.

It makes me so mad when people pretend that we shouldn’t take this seriously. Aaaand even if he hadn’t already promised to become a fascist dictator, taking the shit he says seriously in that scenario would still be better than not taking it seriously in the scenerio where he has already promised to become a fascist dictator, which is the scenario we are living.

He literally rallied a violent mob to try and overturn the last election.

Like, you have to be a moron to think he’s “joking” about trying to be a fascist dictator.

I mean it’s the NYTimes. I don’t necessarily like their editorial biases, but I trust them on statements of fact like definitively saying Trump said x, because I trust them to not want to be sued for libel.

He knows that their age is high enough or their IQ low enough that they won’t likely be alive anymore by the next election cycle.

If the law stays the same, he can’t serve more than two terms and this will be his second. Possible that if he gets in a second time, I doubt he cares if anyone votes again.
