That precision joinery though…
Maybe in an idiot but is that really precision joinery? It looks like simple butt joints…?
Don’t get me wrong I think it’s pretty. But precision joinery I associate with more complicated joints.
Maybe my standards are lower. I’m also referring to the sliding fit of the lid which may be called something else
I see kind of a rabbit/ dado for the lid- that’s a joint! and look at the butt joints they look picture perfect. It’s great work, and this woodworker made it look easy.
Box looks great! I’m more interested in this double accent. Is that similar to talking with both a southern and valley girl accent at the same time?
