Or you can just call in sick that day too. Don’t mention it being for a protest or strike

I used to dash, for grocery orders you can see what the client is ordering before you pick it up. Helps you filter out the bs orders making you get like 20 non related items all across a grocery store wasting at least 30 minutes for $6.25
Also worth noting it’s extremely dangerous to do with an untrained dog. All it takes is and enthusiastic “come here!” or a treat or something and now another person has access to your firearm while you don’t have anything.

People went to storm area 51 for the bit but when the president is one step away from genocide, nope nothing.
There really needs to be a national march on the capital for anyone willing and able. Not just some passive no kings too, there needs to be some serious pressure and disruption. Literally anyone who can take a couple days off work and travel to DC. No kings was a good first step, but it absolutely needs to be ramped up, and fast.
I wouldn’t say it’s bad per se, but getting worse. If they go through with their app developer verification thing then it will definitively cross the threshold from “thin fucking ice” to shit

These are not the same bug

Working in a manufacturing plant in a deep red county, I can absolutely attest to that
It’s honestly kind of depressing. I went all out for my dog’s end of life care, ensuring it was as dignified as possible and he was as comfortable as he could be, and I hate the idea that if I were to ever come down with Alzheimer’s or something, instead of going on my own terms in the comfort of my home with people I know and love, I would instead be kept alive as long as possible and then probably die with indignity, terrified and confused and not recognizing anyone around me or even my own self.
On one hand I am glad of what I was able to do for my dog, I loved him to death. I just wish that I could be afforded that same dignity when it’s my turn to go.
