Thought it was a good idea to go for run in the peak sun part of the day. I overheated out there. Got it done though!

Been a while since I’ve gone for a run on this track and wow the amount of unleashed dogs was staggering. It’s not an off leash track but people give no shits. Lucky all the doggos today were cute non-threatening breeds, but I’ve been chased before by a big scary off lead dog on this track so I’m quite guarded.

This weather is too nice for productive working. I’m just flapping about and staring out the window today. Going to get some sun soon.

This is on my list to watch after The Bear, heard great things and now again here.

Got home from work and inside my house is 20 degrees all from natural heating. It’s balmy in here. Been a while since that’s happened.

Had a 10pm urge to strip my bed so I could have fresh sheets for sleep tonight. Exciting Saturday night being had.

Today 12, next Friday 26. Already thinking of my plans for knock-off bevvies in the warm sun. Today ain’t it.

Are tracksuit shorts a thing for the ladies? I live in them in summer for lounging.

Went to get the mail and saw a group of Jehovah’s witnesses doing the rounds across the street. Never ran inside so fast. The door won’t be answered.

Weather is going to change dramatically tomorrow early evening and it’s supposed to be very windy. Choose the warmer option.

Unfortunately not. The company I work for has three directors and this is one of them. The only way to move away is leave and that’s what I plan to do! Just waiting patiently for the right role to come up.

Most of the time, yeah. You can do 99 things right and 1 thing not to their liking. You’ll only ever hear about that 1 thing (positive feedback is very rare) and then they act the way they do.

My boss is being a real piece of work today. They’re coming at me like where’s this, where’s that, why did you do this (assuming what I did was wrong). Can you possibly just trust for one moment that I know what I am doing and the tasks on my plate are under control? It’s the assuming that I always get it wrong or have missed something until convinced otherwise that really grates on me.

I made this mistake many times ordering coffee. Do they have those little milk packets you can pour into the coffee after ordering? It’s not the same as an iced latte but that hint of milk taste makes a difference.

I recently bought skim milk by accident and I swear it was just cloudy water.

Barking dog was barking so instead of trying to sleep through it, I decided to get up and go for a walk before starting work. The sunshine was lovely. Tired but a nice start to the day.

“I don’t want any damn vegetables”. There’s so many more from Simpsons, that just came to mind right away.

It was wine, so much wine, and these are all the things I have felt. I think I said no to the final fill up attempt but by then it was too late.

The older you get, the worse the hangovers hit. Was at a networking event last night and my glass was constantly refilled for hours. I had the power to say no but yeah that didn’t happen. Had fun tho. A chill Saturday is on the cards.

Breakfast for dinner. Bacon, scrambled eggs, avo on toast with side of haloumi. Was supposed to make a pasta bol but couldn’t be bothered. I enjoyed that more than I thought I would.
