  • No it’s not. Under norton / VPN / settings everything is turned off. Ad tracker, kill switch, auto VPN all turned off. These are default settings I assume as I never altered them. I normally use PC without VPN. I turned on VPN to see if it corrected the SSL certificate error I have been getting a lot recently and it did, which I don’t really understand lol. Now every time I turn on PC I have to turn on VPN to establish an internet connection. I know I can put VPN on automatically but I don’t want to have to turn it on. I should be able to connect to internet without the VPN on. I still get the SSL certificate error when I turn the VPN off but thats another story lol
