Don’t think I can choose a 3rd place there’s too many to pick from. FF7 was the first that came to mind.

I end up there from Google a lot, mostly because the other search results are usually ads or clickbait. I haven’t posted or logged into my account since rif went down.

Thanks for the advice everyone. Cleared app data for Jerboa (and uh, found the login button… /facepalm) and that fixed it. Liftoff I had to totally reinstall but now seems to be working fine \(･◡･)/

One on lemmy.world and one on kbin.social, because I wanted to try out both. I only use Lemmy, but I’ll keep kbin as a backup in case there’s any shenanigans with Lemmy in the future. And I still have my old Reddit account cause I can’t bring myself to delete it, but that profile just points people to my Lemmy account.

Damn this page took a long time to load what with the influx of new users today, that was a long time sitting with my blood pressure rising before I got to the /s lol

I think it might be okay in the early stages of a community when they’re trying to grow a user base, “build it and they will come” sort of thing. But spamming more content than the community can keep up with is just annoying. I think they should be tweaked to only post a certain number of times per day so there’s a chance to get some meaningful engagement on each thread.

I’ve got some "pending"s on kbin.social communities, which I don’t think is defererated? Is that a bug or do some communities just set up that way?
