I had a gig as a tattoo artist at a comic con. Tattoos are not my thing and didn’t seek it as a true job, but I know other people still consider it a pastime, realized I wasn’t bad at it, and was able to meet up with people who said they’d put me in the position, plus I had to get some service done. At least fifty people from the area have gone public with how nice things played out with this unbecoming Maylu-Sakurai-cosplaying woman (probably the only time I’ll do that cosplay) fulfilling their requests.

Rallies were always useful before media became its current centralized technological force. Due to people skewing things, it’s still technically useful. All for the same reason it was useful for philosophers like Zeno and Jesus to have people just sit and listen. It’s the public figure equivalent of an artist archiving the step-by-step process on how they made a work of art in order to add some assurance.

I myself have been wondering this. In my experience, try to settle disputes with people and they will consider peer speculation to be the embodied voice of reality, if anything. It’s like the zombie apocalypse equivalent of bad judgment, and I only wonder what would happen if their “infallible” sources are stripped away.

If speaking from experience, I for one haven’t ever been met with applause like that, voting here is anonymous and, if anything, we are usually scorned for voting third party.

I couldn’t imagine having a “favorite” mind impediment, by their nature they’re not without equal hampering potential. I can just say though which fascinate me.

• Appeal to the masses. I deal with this a lot. Some will say or imply “the masses think something, therefore it must be true”. Most people will treat “headcanon” and “canon” as separate but they’ll treat it the same. Ever had words put into your mouth with them insisting you meant something you didn’t? By their logic, those words are now your own. This is related to so many of the things people falsely think about me, which is “in” to do so they accumulate.

• Judgment by association. Same people usually, again something I’m very familiar with. I’m sure one of the reasons for my social situation is because others are suspect once they associate with me who is often suspect. The words “show me who your friends are and I’ll show you who you are” are even often explicitly the words that serve as the heart of some peoples’ “awareness” campaigns. It is persecution based on your interests.

• “If you’re not with me, you’re my enemy” is one I can quote Anakin, Jesus, and several Democrat politicians on. It is probably wishful thinking (…which reminds me of another fallacious mindset, treat that as a bonus once you read into those), but my inner Christian likes to think Jesus didn’t mean it this way, because it’s irresponsible, for a lack of a better word. I see people all the time forced to make such choices as if it isn’t anti-diplomatic. The fact Anakin memed it at least gives me “favoritism” towards it though.

I never had one as a kid either, not sure if I could have with being on the aphantasia spectrum. I do, however, have a lot of characters I’ve roleplayed with, and they all go by what one might say is a set system I use.
