You can use ublock origin filters. It’s not perfect but definitely thins them out.

Something that seemed to help mine (I assume it’s something like asthma/allergies, I’m too broke to find out yet) is I made a big air purifier by taking a 20" box fan and taping a 20"x20" anti-allergy HVAC filter to the inlet side. Works way better than any other air purifier I’ve tried.

That’s how you break in raw denim jeans. But I’ve never done it, too much of a commitment.
