2 years agoGood possibility that the exhaust leak at the manifolds caused a perceived lean condition so the pcm was adding extra fuel to compensate which would mean dumping fuel into the cats ruining them slowly over time

Did you clean the gasket surface before you put the new gasket on
Probably needs spark plugs and or coils there should be a code stored for what cylinder is having a issue even if they can’t actually make it misfire
