I hate what Windows has become as well, but I primarily play COD with my friends and I don’t see them moving to another game for my hatred of Windows.

Try using SharpKeys to remap CapsLock to be F13 (a key that used to exist but most keyboards don’t include anymore). Then set F13 as your PTT key in Discord.

It is based on Chromium, but its dark mode is different. And better.

No desktop client though.

Try Samsung Browser. It has a fantastic built in dark mode. I use it even on my non Samsung devices.
