1 year agoIt doesn’t even always take a tesla to do that. When I first picked up my 2018 Leaf on lease back in 2018. I had to get adjusted to it, driving in eco setting until I got comfortable with just how much power even it has compared to the ICE econoboxes I’d driven previously. I cant really drive ICE anymore after that, ICEs are too loud, inefficient and slow, slow moreso on the low price/econobox part of the new car scale.
Considering that the new Leaf and likely the other 2 models are going to be built on the Ariyas platform, that likely also means the Leaf will no longer ship with one pedal driving either. The Ariya lacks one pedal drive, so unless nissan is going to make one pedal drive a point of difference for the Leaf compared to the Ariya, the Leaf v3 is DoA imo.
