Being a hybrid would have made you a bit lucky. It switches to the traction battery when on standstill (exceptions apply) . So maybe you got away with it .
But its just common sense to turn off your engine when you are replacing the engine oil 🤷🏻♂️

Rav4 Gas LE - used . Get it and forget . Will run for 200K guaranteed and maybe even hit 500k - who knows🤷🏻♂️
