Ha, you haven’t lived [in Hell] until you’ve tried to maintain a Jython build, with Python package dependencies (not just Java ones), in a production environment, in the 2020s.

Realtors are a specific group of real estate agents. But real estate agents and real estate attorneys are entirely different things: the latter are lawyers while the former are not. Real estate agents are salespeople who search sales listings and give home tours and negotiate deals and whatnot. They have a duty to act in your interest, but they are not qualified or licensed to practice law.

I gotta admit, I initially assumed this was !AnarchyChess and severely misinterpreted the question!
Ah, yes, the Web as it was intended to be, with semantic markup and separate presentation/styling that the user was not only able, but encouraged by design, to override as he saw fit.
I’ve spent pretty much my entire adulthood being low-key pissed off about how that got thoroughly and comprehensively fucked as soon as the marketing fuckwads got their hands on the Web.
In America, the way it’s supposed to work is that your parents aren’t supposed to need your financial support.
We can surmise that the company is doing this to soothe Beijing’s ruffled feathers, which claims Taiwan is part of China and has previously slapped import restrictions on products mentioning Taiwan as the place of manufacture.
If Taiwan is part of China, wouldn’t that mean the things were already manufactured in-country and didn’t need to be “imported” to begin with? 🤔 Is China really so dumb it’s accidentally imposing restrictions on itself?
Whine some more.
What’s the matter? They can dish it out but can’t take it? LOL, how pathetic!
LOL, the MAGAs are just trying to get another martyrdom vote bump.
Now that’s a conspiracy theory! Way better than the ludicrous-yet-unimaginative shit the MAGAs come up with.
You might as well throw a shoe at him.

They do if you go to an Asian market.
Jigsaw from the horror movies.
That sounds like the step right before hitting rock bottom.
I read that in JoCat’s voice.
Ironically, microcontrollers with wireless small enough to fit in an acorn are likely to be ESP32-based, which doesn’t use an ARM CPU.
- Make sure you get a knowledgeable and thorough home inspector.
You say that as if evaluating quality to decide which realtor to hire is any easier than evaluating quality to decide which home inspector to hire.
- Keep you from getting the shit sued out of you for one of numerous mistakes.
- Make sure you fully understand the giant pile of paperwork you’ll be signing.
These two are the job of a real-estate attorney, not a realtor.
I learned Python after I already knew C, and I will forever be grateful for that.
I took an Operating Systems class in undergrad whose first assignment was to implement a simple web server in C, and it was fine. Later, I took the same prof’s grad-level class and had to do basically the same assignment again, and all I could think was “wow, this is incredibly tedious: this whole thing would be literally two lines of Python.” Python absolutely ruined my patience for writing C (or at least, for writing C socket code that has to manually juggle IPv4 and v6
