Replacing the noisy and highly polluting 2 stroke engines

I think you may have a misconception. I lived in Vietnam. Most two wheeled vehicles are four stroke engines. I wonder if there are really any places where two stroke are the majority.

What were the fees? Do you have the plugshare link?

Somebody at my work charger left their car on the charger for two days and it was over 50 dollars the last time I checked. They only needed one hour of charging, which would have been one dollar.
