    My BMW i4 has two items on the official Scheduled Maintenance list; “Brake Check” and “Vehicle Check”. Not even mileage based, just both every 2 years.

    Windshield wiper fluid is irrelevant to a factory warranty and not something you need to go to a dealer to do. Just fill it up with a bottle of stuff from your local auto parts store.

    Tires are usually irrelevant to the factory warranty. I don’t believe new car warranties usually cover the tires since they are a wear item. If you buy some sort of dealer-add-on tire warranty package, they might require you to bring it there for rotations or some such nonsense.
